Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Olive Pixel Studios. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing & Production Time (Made-to-Order)

All of our wall art prints and posters are custom-designed by our team in India and printed on demand just for you at our professional fulfillment facilities in the USA.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for printing, quality checks, and packaging before your order is shipped.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Zones

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. Once production is complete, your order is handed over to premium domestic carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (After production)

  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders over $25! For orders under $25, a flat standard rate of $4.95 applies.

Please note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time (typically 5–12 business days total from the day you place your order).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has officially shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly.

4. Damages & Lost Packages

Olive Pixel Studios is proud to guarantee safe delivery. If your wall art print arrives bent, torn, or damaged during transit, please take a photo and contact us immediately at olivepixelstudios@zoho.in within 14 days. We will arrange a brand-new replacement print for you at no extra cost.
