Thank you for shopping at Olive Pixel Studios. We take great pride in our unique wall art prints and posters.

Made-to-Order Policy (All Sales Final)

Every item on our website is uniquely custom-printed and made-to-order just for you as soon as you place your purchase. Because we do not keep a warehouse of pre-printed stock, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or want a different style.

We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details, dimensions, and shipping address before finalizing your checkout.

Misprints, Damages, and Manufacturing Issues

While we strive for perfection, we understand that manufacturing issues can occasionally happen. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will gladly make it right:

  • A clear manufacturing defect or misprint.

  • The product arrives damaged during transit (e.g., bent or torn prints).

  • You received the incorrect item or size compared to what you ordered.

How to Report an Issue

If there is an issue with your order, please do not send the item back to the fulfillment address. Instead, contact us directly within 14 days of receiving your package:

  • Email Us: olivepixelstudios@zoho.com

  • What to Include:

    1. Your Order Number (e.g., #1001).

    2. A brief description of the issue.

    3. Clear photos showing the misprint, defect, or shipping damage.

Once we verify the issue via email, we will arrange for a brand-new replacement to be printed and shipped to you immediately at no additional cost, or issue a refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Because our production facilities in the USA begin processing orders quickly to ensure rapid delivery, changes or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, the print process has begun, and the order cannot be canceled.
